Our 2nd annual Mother Daughter Retreat will be from April 20-22, 2018.  Last year some of the highlights were zip-lining, crafts, nail painting, games, hiking, worshiping, and listening to the speaker!

 

What is Mother Daughter Retreat all about?

It's a weekend for mothers and daughters to spend intentional time with each other to have fun, learn, make friends, and further develop their relationships with God and each other.

What kind of activities will happen during the weekend?

There will be a speaker, worship time, crafts, games, good food, and lots of other fun activities designed for moms and daughters to connect and make memories!

What is the theme?

The theme is Celebrate!  Celebrating is about more than just birthday parties and Christmas.  God designed the calendar year around festivals with His people.  Come and learn about His heart for celebration and how to grow festivals within your mother-daughter relationship.  You will leave with more than just great memories. Each mother-daughter will create a personalized plan for their coming year.

Who is the speaker?

Jen Phillips, from Bellevue, WA.  Jen is a lover of God, her family, and hoopla.  She is the wife of a renaissance man and the proud mama of two amazing middle school aged children. Jen loves a good adventure and has followed her husband near and far.  She loves meeting new friends everywhere she goes and weaving her love of the Lord into everyday conversations.  Jen’s background is in education and leading children’s and women’s ministries, as well as, writing, teaching, and public speaking. Currently she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Christian Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.

 

Who is eligible to come?

This weekend is for girls in 1st-9th Grade, and their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, etc.

How much does it cost to attend?

Mother: $100
First Daughter: $100
Additional Daugther(s): $50 each
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve your spot.

When does the event take place?

Friday, April 20, 6 PM, to Sunday, April 22, 12 PM.
