Guest Group Retreats:  

Providing a place of retreat where people can encounter Jesus Christ in Washington State

Our food service team loves to serve our guests by preparing nutritious, quality meals.  Our cook makes most of the food we serve from scratch.  Meals are served buffet style.  Our dining room includes a self-service beverage station, serving fresh juice at breakfast, fresh brewed coffee, Tazo teas, a Coca-Cola fountain, Darigold milk & chocolate milk, and mountain spring water.  Also, if you have a special diet need, please see our section below addressing this area.

Typical meals will look like the following:

Breakfast:

Breakfast always includes homemade Granola, oatmeal, cream of wheat, assorted cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and our toaster station including bagels, breads and English muffins.  Our menus include entrees such as biscuits and gravy, sweet cream pancakes, or French toast, and usually include eggs (typically scrambled), breakfast meats like sausage, ham, or bacon, a fresh baked bakery item, and/or potatoes.

Lunch and Dinner:

Our lunches and dinners always include a fresh salad bar with 10 items, salad dressings and toppings. Our entrées include items such as BBQ’d hamburgers, orange chicken, pasta, pot roast, and ribs. We include side dishes like chili, fresh made soups, French fries, homemade bread or rolls, cooked vegetables, and roasted potatoes. We always include dessert.

Brunch:

Brunch at Ghormley has been a favorite for years.  From 8-9 am, we serve continental breakfast that includes our fresh baked cinnamon rolls, pastries, and donuts, as well as our normal breakfast fruit, yogurt, cereals, and toaster station.  Brunch starts at 10:30 am, serving everything from the continental breakfast plus our made-to-order omelet station with your pick of 10 items, waffles, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. And we also include an entrée selected by our chef, like his delicious homemade pizza.


Special Diets:

We desire to do our best to serve our guests unique dietary needs. We have a specific policy regarding what needs we can or cannot meet. If you book a group retreat, please speak with us about what needs you have. Linked on this page is a Special Diet Request Form that your group leader will need to distribute to those with food allergies and have your group members fill out in order to help us meet dietary needs.  All dietary requests must be submitted two weeks before your group's visit.

Ghormley Meadow Christian Camp can accommodate the following seven special diet needs: non-celiac gluten free, dairy-free, nut-free, diabetic, egg-free, vegetarian, and vegan.

Our Food Service Staff is able to accommodate those in your group who have special diet needs in two ways: by providing enough variety in the menu from which they may choose, and by making for some (although not all) menu items in order to give them well-rounded meals.

Please note that if a guest has a combination of these needs, or other dietary restrictions not listed, we may not be able to guarantee that we can accommodate those needs.
